1. Thrift & Vintage Nature of Goods
Pre-Owned Inventory: All items available on XHORA are curated thrift, vintage, or pre-loved garments. They are not factory-new retail products unless specifically tagged as deadstock.
Wear & Imperfections: Natural signs of aging, wash fade, minor vintage abrasions, or subtle character markings are standard attributes of pre-owned clothing. Significant flaws are documented in product descriptions and photos.
Single-Unit Stock: Products are sold strictly on a single-piece inventory model (Stock: 1). Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the piece until checkout and payment are completed.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Promotions
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Promotional offers (such as minimum cart value thresholds or add-on items) are strictly valid during active promotional periods and subject to order verification.
In the rare event of a technical display error or incorrect pricing bug, XHORA reserves the right to cancel the order and process a full refund immediately.
3. Order Processing & Cancellations
Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed once successful payment authorization is received.
Order Cancellation by Store: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged for high fraud risk, logistics unserviceability, or inventory discrepancies.
Customer Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to parcel dispatch. Once an item is handed over to logistics partners, the standard Returns & Exchange Policy applies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including brand logos, graphics, visual card designs, custom website layouts, and product imagery, is the intellectual property of XHORA and may not be reproduced, duplicated, or distributed without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
XHORA shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, carrier transit delays, or third-party payment processing gateway errors.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana / New Delhi.
