All garments on our website are pre-owned, authentic vintage, or salvaged fashion finds. Instead of mass-produced factory inventory, we source individual pieces from global brands and past fashion eras.
- Can I buy more than one piece of the same item?
No. Every thrift item listed is strictly 1 of 1 (Stock: 1). Once an item is sold, it cannot be restocked or reordered in the same size or condition.
- Are the clothes clean and ready to wear?
Yes. Every piece undergoes thorough manual inspection, fabric care, and professional steam sanitization before being listed and packaged for dispatch.
- How do I know if a product will fit me?
Vintage tag sizes (like 90s vintage vs modern cuts) can vary significantly. We provide flat-lay measurements (Pit-to-Pit chest and Length in inches) on every single product page. We strongly recommend measuring a jacket or top you currently wear and comparing it to our measurements before buying.
- What if the item has minor flaws or wear?
Because vintage clothes carry age and character, subtle wash fade, distress, or gentle wear may be present. We inspect every piece and describe any noticeable flaws transparently in the product description and images.
- What is your Return Policy?
We offer a strict Same-Day Return Policy. If you wish to return an item, you must inform our support team on WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery with an unedited 360-degree unboxing video. The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.
- How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days across India, with metro cities often arriving within 3 to 5 business days.
- How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a live tracking link with the courier AWB number is sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number and email.
